Welcome to Mango Ase's "Catch the Mango" game. By accessing, playing, or attempting to participate in the game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the game.

1. About the game

"Catch the Mango" is a promotional entertainment game provided by Mango Ase ("Mango Ase", "we", "us", or "our") through its digital menu and related digital platforms. The game is designed primarily for entertainment and may allow eligible players to earn promotional rewards based on their game performance. Participation does not guarantee that a player will receive a reward.

2. Eligibility

Participation is subject to the following conditions:

• Players must provide accurate information where information is required to claim a reward.
• Mango Ase reserves the right to verify a player's identity and eligibility before issuing any reward.
• Where a participant is under 18 years of age, participation and/or reward redemption may require the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Mango Ase may refuse participation or reward redemption where it reasonably believes that these Terms & Conditions have been violated.

3. How the game works

Players attempt to score points by successfully hitting and collecting falling mangoes. The game may increase in difficulty as the player's score increases. Game mechanics, scoring systems, difficulty levels, reward thresholds, bonuses, gameplay duration and other features may be changed, suspended or discontinued by Mango Ase at its discretion.

The score displayed by the game is not, by itself, an unconditional guarantee of a reward. Mango Ase's official game records and/or server-side records, where applicable, shall be considered the final record for determining a player's score and eligibility for a reward.

4. Rewards

Rewards may be offered at selected score milestones or through promotional campaigns. Rewards may include complimentary food or beverages, discounts, promotional vouchers, special offers, or other rewards announced by Mango Ase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless expressly permitted.
• Rewards are subject to availability and may carry reasonable redemption conditions.
• A player must meet all applicable requirements before a reward can be redeemed.

5. Reward verification

Reaching a published score threshold does not automatically entitle a player to a reward. Before issuing a reward, Mango Ase may verify the player's score, game session, device or session information, date and time of play, eligibility, and whether the score was achieved through legitimate gameplay. Mango Ase may reject a reward claim where the score or claim cannot be reasonably verified.

6. Fair play & prohibited conduct

Players must use the game as intended. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, automated tools or other software to play the game.
• Manipulating, modifying or reverse-engineering the game.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Altering game data, scores, cookies, local storage or other technical information.
• Using modified devices, applications or software intended to interfere with the game.
• Attempting to access restricted game systems, databases or administrative functions.
• Creating fraudulent accounts or identities to obtain multiple rewards.
• Selling, transferring or otherwise commercially exploiting rewards.
• Attempting to interfere with another player's participation.
• Engaging in any activity that Mango Ase reasonably considers fraudulent, abusive or unfair.

Mango Ase reserves the right to investigate suspicious scores, gameplay or reward claims.

7. Disqualification

Mango Ase may, at its sole reasonable discretion, disqualify a player, invalidate a score or cancel a reward where it determines or reasonably suspects that:

• The player has violated these Terms & Conditions.
• The score was obtained through cheating, exploitation or manipulation.
• The player has attempted to abuse the reward system.
• The player's participation creates a security, technical or reputational risk to Mango Ase.
• Information submitted by the player is false, misleading or fraudulent.

A disqualified player may lose any unredeemed rewards associated with the affected gameplay.

8. Technical issues

Mango Ase does not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. The game may become temporarily unavailable because of internet connectivity issues, server or hosting problems, software bugs, device compatibility issues, maintenance, system upgrades, security incidents, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond Mango Ase's reasonable control.

Where a technical problem affects gameplay or scoring, Mango Ase may, where reasonably practicable, investigate and determine an appropriate resolution. Mango Ase shall not be required to compensate a player for lost gameplay, lost scores, lost opportunities or rewards resulting from technical interruptions or failures.

9. No guarantee of rewards

Rewards are promotional benefits and are not guaranteed simply because a player participates in the game. Mango Ase may change reward thresholds, change the type or value of rewards, limit the number of rewards available, suspend reward redemption, replace a reward with another reward of comparable promotional value, or end a promotional campaign. Where a specific reward has already been validly earned and verified, Mango Ase will make reasonable efforts to honour the applicable reward subject to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Reward expiration

Unless otherwise stated, rewards must be redeemed within the period specified by Mango Ase. Expired rewards may not be reinstated, exchanged for cash or replaced. Mango Ase is not responsible for a player failing to redeem a reward before its expiry.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mango Ase shall not be liable for losses, damages, claims or expenses arising from inability to access or play the game, internet or network failures, device malfunction or incompatibility, loss of game progress or scores, delayed or failed reward notifications, unauthorised access resulting from circumstances outside Mango Ase's reasonable control, temporary suspension or discontinuation of the game, failure to redeem a reward within its applicable validity period, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the game.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Game changes & discontinuation

Mango Ase reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently discontinue the game or any part of it at any time. This may include changes to game mechanics, scoring, difficulty, rewards, reward thresholds, gameplay duration, eligibility requirements, or availability. Mango Ase will not be liable for losses arising solely from such changes or discontinuation, subject to applicable law and any rights that have already accrued to an eligible player.

13. Promotional abuse

Mango Ase reserves the right to limit participation or rewards where repeated gameplay appears to be undertaken primarily for the purpose of exploiting promotional benefits rather than ordinary participation. Unless a particular promotion expressly states otherwise, Mango Ase may limit rewards to one qualifying reward per person, customer, order, account, device or promotional period. The applicable limitation may vary by promotion.

14. Privacy

Where personal information is collected in connection with the game or reward redemption, Mango Ase may use that information for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the game, verify scores and eligibility, issue rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate with participants about their participation, and improve the digital menu and game experience. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Mango Ase's applicable privacy practices and applicable data protection requirements.

15. Third-party services

The game may rely on third-party technologies, platforms, hosting providers, payment providers, analytics services or other digital infrastructure. Mango Ase is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

16. Intellectual property

The game, including its name, graphics, interface, animations, text, branding, gameplay presentation and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Mango Ase and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission. "Mango Ase" and associated brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Interpretation

Mango Ase reserves the right to interpret and administer these Terms & Conditions reasonably and consistently. Where there is a discrepancy between a player's displayed score, screenshot or other user-generated evidence and Mango Ase's official game records, Mango Ase's verified records will prevail, subject to applicable law.

18. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute relating to the game or these Terms & Conditions shall be addressed in accordance with applicable Ghanaian law and the appropriate dispute-resolution procedures available under that law.

19. Acceptance

By tapping "Play", starting the game, continuing to participate, or attempting to claim a reward, the player confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not participate in the game.
